      I have been a customer with Cubic Walls for almost eight years. There facility and their storages in general are secure, easy to access and air conditioned. There are cameras on the inside of the air conditioned storages and outside of the buildings. My only concern is there is a small crawl space on the sides of the air conditioner storages. I have reported an incident of missing items years ago in my storage and thought this may be the way someone could have stolen items. In general, I feel my belongings are safe. Their front desk assistant, Beatrice is always so helpful and available to assist with concerns when needed. The online site is informative and easy to navigate to pay for your monthly payment.

      I have had my storage unit for over 3 years and they are awesome. Great customer service and a very clean facility. Most important I feel safe with all their security system.
